The reporting structure | – The DMS Technical Support is a member of the SC & IMP team– The incumbent is responsible for reporting directly to the national technical support leader & support center manager on a horizontal/vertical basis |
Job responsibility | – Researching solutions, assuming responsibility for maintaining technical aspects of DMS, and providing technical support to users throughout their software usage– Supporting clients in using software applications such as: updating new features in the system, recording system errors, analyzing and proposing solutions, etc.
– Collaborating effectively with the Company’s software development team to implement and maintain the system, as well as resolve system issues |
Qualifications for the position | – University graduate with Information Technology major– Outstanding technical knowledge in Microsoft SQL database
– Intermediate to advanced knowledge related to server hardware infrastructure, operating system, and web service – Good computer skills, particularly Excel and reporting skills – Strong communication skills – Knowledge and experience in customer service – Holder of any of the following certificates: MCSA, MCSE, LPI, and CCNA – English proficiency of Level C or equivalent, with good reading comprehension – Passion for technical support, security, and system administration duties – Meticulousness and a sense of responsibility |
