LOYALTY PROGRAM

This function allows users to define accumulation type, evaluation frequency, define objects as products or group of product.

Loyalty program will be implemented on SFA right on field. Specifically it will suggest how much customers need to buy at each visit so that they can achieve reward during evaluation time.

DISPLAY

Display programs consists of the 2 main criteria. They are the commitment in displaying the company’s products as requested and the commitment in revenue.

Display pictures at the points of sales are recorded by SFA with detailed visiting times and location of sales man to monitor both compliance and display’s quality (instead of hiring third party). The results will be responded to sales supervisor to adjust timely and ensure that the program is successful.

POSM MANAGEMENT

In order to evaluate POSM, a survey function is necessary.

The system will help the company to make budgeting and plan out a lis tof POSM to me given to sales team.

The installation results will be captured via pictures sent from field salesmen. Such pictures will be also evidence for qualification of POSM installation.

We can set periodic evaluation for the POSM to re-check the availability of the assets or re-equip if necessary.
