□ Conduct workshops with all participants to find out the GAP between standard system and user expectations.

□ Analyze the GAP list and document it to the blueprint for specific requirement

□ Write/transfer software specification requirement (SRS) to Dev/Test teams to implement new feature for system

□ Conduct UAT with user to make sure system can handle required scenarios and specifications.

□ Support Pilot and do knowledge transfer to Support Center and Implementer teams

□ Plan, estimate and report on work activities during project phases

□ Travel when required.

□ English: TOEIC (700 above) or equal

□ Experiences: (1 year in BA and 2 years in software development)

□ Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

□ Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

□ Basic knowledge in writing SQL queries

□ Basic knowledge in generating process documentation

□ Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

□ Analytical and problem solving ability

□ Teamwork skill

□ A positive, results oriented and customer focused attitude.
