• Initiate & lead business team to build Annum Plan- Full Financial Statement with the most accuracy, realistic and in line with Company strategy & objectives
• Carry out Monthly Forecast version of management reporting (Monthly Sales tracking, P&L Consolidated, Division P&L, Budget Tracking…) with insightful commentaries.
• Support in Periodical Business Review

Financial Analyst and Business Partnering

• Build up Yearly Standard cost & Standard price
• Perform periodical Project performance measurement, other cost-sensitivity analyses and early-warning of cost-overruns to ensure profitability and in line with Company objectives.
• Review & provide professional advices on project base to maintain healthy top line & bottom line
• Resolve queries raised by business partner on ad hoc basis

Others

• Build Standard of Procedure ( SOP), Document Control Matrix (DCM) and Operation Manual (OM) ins cope of BP Finance

Others as assigned by CFO

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy & Finance with a minimum of 3 years of multi-nation work experience and in the same position
• Financial or quantitative interest/competency
• Analytical, demonstrated initiative and CAN DO attitude
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and influencing skills
• Experience in using ERP systems required; SAP applications preferred
• Advanced software skills in spreadsheet and word processing are required
